1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in our programs and services.

2. Intellectual Property

All course materials, videos, worksheets, downloads, presentations, written content, graphics, and other materials are the intellectual property of Laurie Crawford Coaching LLC.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal use only.

You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, sell, or share course materials

• Upload materials to public websites or file-sharing platforms

• Use course content to create competing products or programs

• Teach or present our content as your own

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

3. Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

By purchasing a course or program, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize the applicable charges.

4. Refund Policy

Refund requests may be submitted within 10 days of purchase, provided no more than 25% of the course has been completed.

5. Community Standards

If your course includes discussion boards, community spaces, live calls, or group interactions, participants agree to:

• Treat others with respect

• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior

• Avoid posting spam, promotional content, or misleading information

We reserve the right to remove participants who violate these standards without refund.

6. Educational Purposes Only

Our courses, coaching, workshops, and materials are intended for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing provided constitutes financial, legal, medical, mental health, tax, or investment advice.

Participants are solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, and results.

Retirement coaching is not financial planning, investment management, legal advice, tax advice, or therapy. Participants should consult appropriately licensed professionals regarding financial, legal, tax, medical, or mental health matters.

7. No Guarantees

We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, earnings, career changes, retirement readiness, personal growth, or business success.

Individual results vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Laurie Crawford Coaching LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our courses, programs, website, or services.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the participant for the applicable product or service.

9. Account Access

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

You agree not to share account access with others.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
